Ordained Children’s Festival 2020

The Ordained Children’s Festival (OCF) formerly, Ordained Praise is one of the core programs of the Inspirers Ministry. OCF is organized yearly and is purposely designed for children between the ages of 5 – 17 years.
This program was initially inspired by the scripture, Psalm 8:2 which says “ From t h e m o u t h s of children and infants You have ordained praise on account of Your adversaries, to silence the enemy and avenger ”.
Hence the name Ordained Praise focusing mainly on the children undertaking activities of praise and thanksgiving to God. However, with subsequent editions, the leadership felt the need to incorporate more child-related activities aimed at training children to follow the ways of God as they transition to adulthood “Proverb 22: 6.
Over the years, OCF program has provided the platform for children to display and develop their God-given abilities and gifts, inspired one another to develop and undertake activities to shape and transform their lives. As an interdenominational ministry, children who participate in our yearly activities are from Charismatic, Orthodox, Pentecostal and neo prophetic churches and other individuals.
The 2020 OCF which is the 5th edition will take place at the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC) – Covenant Temple at Abavana Down Kotobabi on 14th March 2020 at 8.am prompt.
The major activities for the participating churches will include, the child panel presentations on the theme “the responsibilities of the Christian child”, Jesus Walk, Bible Quiz, Word Battle, Music, Choreography, and Poetry.
In the end, participants are fulfilled and inspired and depart with a sense of purpose and direction.
The overall winner will walk home with a trophy and other prizes while deserving participants will be awarded gold, silver, and bronze medals.
